Dreaming of a quiet place to breathe clean air, gaze at the stars before bed and wake up with the birds?
Dreaming of a house on the coast to be able to go whenever you want, to stay as long as you want, on weekends, holidays and vacations?
Dreaming of a place in the middle of the Atlantic, a place where children play free and loose?

This is a chance to make their dreams come true!

A large house, spacious, perfectly designed to integrate nature and ultra well built.

The house has approx. 220 m2 on a site that has just over 2,000 m2, which was all settled with sand and stones in order to maintain high

permeability. After all, we are in the middle of the Atlantic rain forest!

The house has a comfortable kitchen, airy and bright, large living room and dining room. Space and comfort abound.

The fireplace gives the room the cold and damp in winter, and a special charm in the environments in any season. The fireplace has two faces, one

for the living room and one for the dining room, and style `cottage`.

Átrium with a wide wooden floor deck type is at the center of the house, separating the social wing of the inner wing. With zenithal illumination

is the ideal place for moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.

Are two suites, one downstairs and one upstairs. Both balcony with wood flooring and pivoting doors. The superior suite also has a fireplace,

creating a welcoming atmosphere.

All room doors are pivoted, allowing full opening for better ventilation environments. The rooms also have zenith lighting. As the doors are

almost entirely glass, you see the Atlantic rain forest on all sides.

The land is completely surrounded by greenery. They are trees of various kinds, planted and grown over the past 15 years. A true green wall that

surrounds the entire field. A little house to keep the equipment maintenance and gardening is at the end.

All roof framing massaranduba is completely immune to the action of termites or weather. The pillars are autoclaved eucalyptus, which has the same

resistance.

As the forest soil is very sandy, the house was built on a concrete structure in its entirety and is on stilts, with concrete pillars 1 m tall.

This ensures total ventilation, great ease of maintenance, lack of moisture in the indoor and structural rigidity.

The design by architect Carlos Alcyr Calux, a professor at FAU - USP and has implemented several projects throughout the north coast.

The construction was entrusted to the Lewis-Izhar engineering and architecture:

It is a house built to last many centuries. And can be yours.
